Big Apple Circus

We took Rylie to the Big Apple circus. It was the first time for all of us. GiGi and Popa took care of Beckham for us. We couldn't take pictures on the inside with flashes. Every inside picture I took didn't take well. Rylie loved the horses, and the doggie show. The acts were pretty neat. It was a nice outing for all of us. She was exhausted afterwards we didn't even get to make it out of the park and she was asleep. Then we stopped for krispi kreme doughnuts. YUMMMY. They were hot and Rylie got to watch them make them. It was so much fun. It was so nice to get out and spend some family time with just Rylie to make her feel special. She is such a big girl and time is flying by us so fast.

Rylie and I cooked cookies and decorated them one night for desert. She just loves to do them as do I. It is good quality time spent together and cheap entertainment. She is a regular Paula Dean!

One a rainy day I let her play in the sink down stairs and she stands there for hours playing in the water. She rarely makes a mess and when she does her OCD that she got from her daddy "hazel" kicks in and she ALWAYS cleans up after her play time in sink,

She has the best time and mommy enjoys it too..I do laundry in peace!

My kinda of morning

Rylie woke up this morning and called for me. I went in her room and she wanted to see Beckham. I took her to him and she got down next to his bouncy seat and just started loving on him. I had to take a picture of them two. I prayed and prayed that she would not be jealous of him when he came, because she was the center of the universe for so long. However she knows that the center of the universe can be shared by her and Beckham;)

I pray that she continues to love and protect him like she does!

Thanks Andrea for Rylie's costumized hat!! As you see she adores it..One of my patients even made her a scarf for christmas...I have some of the best patients in the world ...some I could live without;)

This is Rylie last friday morning...it this the sweetest thing...with her elmo and "browny" that she has had forever..another gift from a wonderful patient of mine. When I saw her like this I just wanted to crawl in there with her and go back to bed..she looked so comfy!!

We can not believe how much Rylie is growing up...it is all happening so fast. She has been such a big sister to Beckham she has her moments on wanting mommy when I am with Beckham at bedtime..that has always been our special time together to unwind from the day, so I have been trying to make it still my number one priority. She is so excited about santa coming tomorrow night...every night for past week...she askes " tomorrow santa claus is coming"...everything is "tomorrow"...well we hope you all have a merry christmas and enjoy your friends and family and celebrate the birth of our saviour Jesus and reflect on all he has done for you!

Rylie has a toy that she presses every time she leaves and enters the play room that says the ABC's. Well I was not paying attention and one day over heard her playing and she was saying her ABC's...can you believe it...That toy taught her the ABC's I was impressed and taped it and wanted to share with everyone!!
